ASUS - ROG Zephyrus G14 14" 3K OLED 120Hz Gaming Laptop - Copilot+ PC - Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 - 32GB RAM - NVIDIA RTX 5070 Ti - 1TB - Platinum White

I’ve been using the ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 RTX 5070 Ti for a little while now and it’s honestly one of the best gaming laptops I’ve owned. The performance is incredible for such a thin and lightweight 14-inch laptop — it handles AAA games smoothly at high settings while still being portable enough to carry around every day. The OLED display is easily the highlight because the colors look amazing, blacks are super deep, and everything from gaming to watching videos looks sharp and vibrant. The Ryzen processor and RTX 5070 Ti combo feels extremely fast for gaming, editing, and multitasking, and load times are quick across the board. Build quality also feels very premium with the aluminum chassis, and the speakers are surprisingly loud and clear for a laptop this size. Battery life is decent for normal use like school or browsing, although gaming on battery drains it pretty fast, which is expected. The only real downside is that the fans can get pretty loud and the laptop runs warm during heavy gaming sessions, but that’s the tradeoff for getting this much power in such a compact design. Overall, this laptop feels like the perfect balance between performance, portability, and premium design, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end gaming laptop that can also work well for everyday use.

So far so good, haven't had it long enough to notice any problems, yes it gets loud, yes it gets hot. Its a lot of power in a small device. Uninstalling armory crate and installing Ghelper is a must. You can tune it any way you want. Im getting pretty respectable performance with a cpu undervolt, reducing wattage to it, and cranking gpu up. Its small enough and looks professional enough that i can take it anywhere and not look like a 'gamer'. Battery life is also great, again, undervolts and reducing cpu wattage will retain higher life. Works great for school as well, I can perform all my programming needs with it. When playing games or consuming other media the oled display is the best i've seen in a laptop, the speakers also really add to the experience.

I purchased the ROG Zephyrus G14 primarily for architecture and design work, and it's been an excellent laptop. It handles Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and rendering software smoothly, The screen is sharp, vibrant, and makes working on drawings and 3D models a great experience. I also appreciate how portable it is. The fans can get loud during heavy rendering, but that's expected for a laptop this powerful. Overall, I'd say it's a great choice for architecture students or professionals.

Great performance for such a small package. I returned this laptop because the bottom of the chassis was not level and it wobbled when it was on flat, hard surfaces. Best Buy was great about honoring their warranty and replaced it right away. The replacement has the same defect, but not near as pronounced and the give in the rubber feet takes up the slack enough that it doesn't wobble. Still a little ridiculous for such an awesome machine to not be flat on the bottom. The issue doesn't seem all that rare- there are several reports online of others having the same problem. Performance-wise, the laptop is a dream once all of the bloatware is cleaned out of it- Eldenring ran like a top with the settings maxed out. The fans were working hard, but the temps never broke 89C. Two brief stutters in over 3 hours of playing- maybe 0.25 seconds- brief. The display is beautiful, and the keys are downright pleasant to type on. The track pad is enormous and behaves predictably. The speakers are incredible for their size. Yes, it can get hot sitting on your lap if it's really working hard.

I got this for work and productivy but also for gaming and it does both great! I like that it has a Ryzen 9hx and 32 gigs of ram and a 5070ti, handles everything i've thrown at it like a champ. Gets hot, but the processor is designed to get hot. Nothing over 95c, and it can go up to 100c by design, but it will make your lap warm for sure. Great display. Great keyboard. Only downside is that USB C charging only reaches about 60w even with a 100w charger. I wish the entire laptop could be powered from USB C during heavy gaming loads but even on USB C power it does a pretty good job. The size is great, I guess 16 would work too. but that 14-16 range is the sweet spot for me. My last pc was desktop, i9 9900k+ 1080ti in a 40 lb case, thing was a hoss and this tiny laptop outpreforms it by a large margin. I have also used to hooked up my my lg g4 display and it plays great at high resolution (4k, 144fps)
