• It comes with Google Docs and spreadsheet. Microsoft office is an online thing now, so you can get through a subscription. I just just use the free Google stuff, it's about the same as word. Just give Google docs a free try from any computer you have and see how you like it.

• Yes you can but it has to done from the App Store on the laptop. You have to purchase Microsoft 365 office before downloading the app on the store.
