You can use any programs that are online-based, such as websites that you access with a username and password. Once you sign in to your Google account you will have access to all Google programs including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and any apps from the Google Play store. You can not install any Windows programs on a Chromebook, however, and you can only install as many Google Play apps as the 32GB storage will hold.
