A:AnswerIf you have tried doing a factory reset or basic shutting down and the problem persists you can do an exchange and still keep you protection plan or they can do further troubleshooting which I don't recommend because they know just as much as most of us but that's what the plan is for. Mine kept displaying a red x so when I went into the store I told him all the steps I've done cuz I looked it up online so instead of them doing it I just exchanged it and it kept my protection plan safe and the watch actually was damaged and it was a software issue
