Yes. I called to see if I could exchange because of scratches. I was told yes. You do have 15-day window to do an exchange but add the protection plan and they honor that if you get the membership it's even better because it extends it to a six at a policy and if it's cracked and you do an exchange you still get to keep your protection plan.
