“I purchased an open box item and also the 2 year GSP. If something were to happen to my device (hopefully not), what would the replacement situation be? Would it be replaced by another open box of the same make and model, a refurbished one, new?”

It was brand new watch but it has to be in the manufacture warranty time line other then that they will tell you to go to a store location appointment only to have it fixed
