QuestionIs a broken hinge on an MSI laptop covered? It broke suddenly through normal use. Heck, it was gently opened and the right side completely detached. It still turns on and works but for such an expensive laptop, breaking with gentle use is kinda crazy.

QuestionWhat happens when you guys cannot fix the problem? I have had my laptop for 1 year and 1 month and have had to bring it in 5 times. First time they replaced the hard drive, ram, and screen. The last four times have not been able to correct problem.

- Answer This is a relevant to your issue but right after Xbox came out we purchased our youngest a new one and it didn’t even work for a whole month we took it back they said they couldn’t give us a refund because they’re still working out the kinks I went to the geek squad and there was a guy there That help my husband he took me straight back to the new Xbox and said thank you have a nice day
