QuestionThe warranty says it covers large TV in your home. I cannot find the def of what is consider large. I bought a 49 inch. The salesperson said it would be covered but probably would have said anything to get the additional ring.

- Answer A warranty is for a problem to be fixed. Not delivery and set up. You should have cleared this up at the time of purchase. Most TVs and large items should come with delivery and set up, at least to the satisfaction of the customer. Not just drop it at the door and leave.

QuestionI bought a tv thanksgiving 2017 online, I had to wait till it was in on Dec. 6, 2017. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my Parents. We opened it it was damaged. Never out of box. I bought the 5 year plan. Is that covered? It should be.
