“I purchased a TV & 2 yr. Geek Squad protection for it. I made the purchase online & then had my mother pick it up. The last time I purchased one, I also did so online but had it delivered and the plan came to me via email. Will it come via email this time”

It may, but you can usually access the sale from your My Best Buy account that you made to make your purchase. If you have the receipt for purchase, a Best Buy store can also print you our the information. Service plans are attached to the serial numbers of the TVs as well, so I would contact your local Best Buy Geek Squad and they will help you out!
