Q: QuestionI bought the 5 year geek squad warranty for my 75” tv, when you turn on the tv you can see about 85-90% of the picture there’s a thick dark line in the middle can I get it fixed or ??? Someone help me I’m having the worse anxiety right now not knowing!!

• A:Answer I have not seen that on my TV. Check if that is happening with certain audio sources like apps, consoles, blue-rays, etc. If this is happening with everything, I would reset it and try again. Use your warranty. They can help you with troubleshooting steps.

Q: QuestionDoes the standard 5 year protection include someone coming out to do like a deep cleaning when it's not drying good? Or to see why the drying isn't working well? It seems to get damp in their and the inside door is still wet after the drying.

Q: QuestionDoes the 5 year warranty cover or replace your tv in a house fire or smoke damage? If you are not able to recover the tv out of the home due to safety also. What happens. Do you have try and get the tv out to take it it in order for it to be replaced?

• A:Answer As long as the screen did not suffer physical damage by you, it is covered. Protection plans do not cover physical damage caused by the owner or their children/animals/friends etc.
