A:AnswerYes. From what I understand the Geek Squad Protection covers your TV from when you take delivery so warranty isn't the reason you need to register with Samsung. Register your TV to receive any updates or fixes that might become available from the manufacturer.
A:AnswerIt may, but you can usually access the sale from your My Best Buy account that you made to make your purchase. If you have the receipt for purchase, a Best Buy store can also print you our the information. Service plans are attached to the serial numbers of the TVs as well, so I would contact your local Best Buy Geek Squad and they will help you out!
A:AnswerYes, just go into your local Best Buy and they will allow you to do that or extend an existing service plan that may be expiring or have already expired.
A:AnswerHello – Our Geek Squad Protection Plans do not cover setup services. If you buy a setup service, and your product later breaks, however, the setup of the replacement or repaired unit may be covered by the plan. Please see www.geeksquad.com/terms for full details.
A:AnswerGeek Squad Protection does not currently include coverage for damage caused by physical handling for TVs. The full Terms & Conditions of Geek Squad Protection are available for review, here: https://bit.ly/1RzceZr. Your plan may be eligible to be canceled and refunded for a pro-rated amount. Please connect with your local store or call 1-800-433-5778 for assistance.
A:AnswerYou should be covered. I recently purchased a 49" tv at Best Buy. The Geek Squad have been to my house to repair my new faulty tv. In house service is included.
A:AnswerLooks like you have about 2.5 months left on your 2 year warranty. It's time to call BB asap and talk to them about fixing your tv under warranty.
A:AnswerA warranty is for a problem to be fixed. Not delivery and set up. You should have cleared this up at the time of purchase. Most TVs and large items should come with delivery and set up, at least to the satisfaction of the customer. Not just drop it at the door and leave.
A:AnswerI would definitely take it to the geek squad for repair, I had similar problem with a tv a purchased while back and they fixed the problem right away.
