“I purchased a 55 inch TV and the standard 5 year protection plan sku # 6914742. Is there other levels of protection plans? What happens if something goes wrong and in year 4 or 5 and the TV can not be repaired or the model is not available?”

5 years is the longest plan we currently offer, though if you're looking to downgrade to a lower plan, that may be possible within our return period. As for if the television breaks and is not repairable, it will be swapped out for an equivalent model in terms of specifications, valued up to the original purchase price on your current television.
