QuestionIs a broken hinge on an MSI laptop covered? It broke suddenly through normal use. Heck, it was gently opened and the right side completely detached. It still turns on and works but for such an expensive laptop, breaking with gentle use is kinda crazy.

- Answer This is a relevant to your issue but right after Xbox came out we purchased our youngest a new one and it didn’t even work for a whole month we took it back they said they couldn’t give us a refund because they’re still working out the kinks I went to the geek squad and there was a guy there That help my husband he took me straight back to the new Xbox and said thank you have a nice day

QuestionThe top shell of the laptop corners Broke off on one side and the other side I can see the corner will eventually break off. The corner of the top shell that broke off the wire is exposed. The laptop has not been dropped. Is this covered?
