A:AnswerJust bring in your set with your receipt and go to customer service and they will take it from there as long as it’s still under warranty. You’ll end up getting what you paid for the original set on a gift card and if you want you can buy another TV or whatever with the gift card for merchandise at Best Buy!
A:AnswerI'm pretty sure installation is a separate fee from the protection plan. The protection plan just covers if something were to go wrong with the TV functionality (does not include damage due to user error. ie: cracked screen due to flying object.) If you want Best Buy to install it, you will need to pay extra. Unless of course you are a convincing person, and are able to talk them into doing it for free, but probably not.
