No, the credit will remain in your account until your next payment is due. Then it will be applied to your bill.

No you can redeem & leave a credit on your account. I'm not sure if there is a limit to how much the credit can be. Hope that helps.

No you do not . I did something similar. I had paid for a year then added several of these gift cards to my account. It's a great way to earn BB points and pay your next XM bill ! It will keep the $ amount in your account as a Credit.
