I have 3 of these systems and don't have that problem with any of them. One possibility is that your system is picking up a signal from somewhere else (like another piece of electronics being used in the vicinity). Try moving it to another room and see if the beeping goes away or not. If it remains, it is probably an issue with your stereo. Another possibility is you have a short somewhere. Try trimming the speaker cable a few inches on end end and reseating them.
