I just purchased this tv and I notice the sound is very low I have to put the tv on 75 to 80 in order to hear! Is there any way to fix this or is this a problem?? Help null

I had the same problem all you have to do is go to sound settings and change your balance to 0 and that will make a huge difference

Hi there,

I'm having a similar issue. The sound effects/music for Netflix programs I always hear just fine but to hear peoples voices clearly I usually need to have the volume up to at least 60/100. At this volume I can usually hear the voices well but then the sound effects are much too loud.

I looked in the tv audio settings but not much there. Only options are Stereo or Auto :-|
