Potentially, but there are numerous risks - mainly to do with powering it. You'll primarily need a step-down transformer or adapter capable of stepping down the Indian 220 V outlets to the 120 V North American standard; preferably one that's fairly heavy duty and that can sustain a wattage load of at least 1200 W for the IP alone and 1500 W for the air fryer lid. This adapter should also fit the North American prongs of any Instant Pot bought in the USA. This is also assuming that where you're plugging in the Instant Pot has grounded outlets rated for a 1500 W draw. By the time you factor in the cost of finding and getting a step-down transformer, getting the IP, and transporting it to India, you might find it may not be worth the trouble.
