• you need to select the correct video output of your notebook or desktop, as some might have choice of vga or hdmi.

• Just set it up with Windows 10 with no problem and using DVI input.

• Yes, this model should work with Windows 10. Is there another VGA port on the back of your computer? Sometimes the onboard VGA port is enabled if another video card is installed.
