Is this laptop new or refurbished? null

if you consider it's new, my R5-571TG has october 2016 manufacture date. it does have creators edition built in, and you can download windows 10 update assistant tool. if you are searching for something more recent? with 2017 manufacture date, I suggest check your local best buy, as to when they will have new acer computer products coming in?

No. It was the demo model. Wish I went with a Google operating system instead. No apps for Windows.

As long as you don't choose the "Open-Box" option, they'll send it to you brand new!
