If these are available as apps from Google Play or Chrome Web Store, then yes. If the software must be installed by .exe, you won't be able to use it on a Chromebook, as these devices run off apps like an Android phone or tablet.

Chromebooks DO NOT run any software that has to be installed by an .exe file. It is quite different Windows in many ways. It runs some Android apps available via Google PlayStore and Google Chrome, and that's about it. So it's best for reading and listening online, email, and whatever you can use by logging into a website.
