Will this computer run Fortnite smoothly? null

I have not tried Fortnite but I have played Fallout 4 & Mad Max without a problem but that was after I upgraded the RAM as the only 8GB that is included with the laptop is not even sufficent to have multiple tabs open in Chrome.
