As a Kindle author, I was so sure that this would work, I went ahead and loaded the kindle app just for you. I'm pleased to report that it works. I signed in and was immediately presented with my collection of books.

Yes you can. go to the app store and type Kindle in the search-download and install the app and you're all set. You can also download the Nook reading app.

Yes. Amazon offers two pieces of software that would work on this machine to read Kindle books:

1) Kindle Cloud Reader works with any internet browser so you can use the browser bundled with Windows (Edge) or download your favorite browser if you prefer. This option would be best if I have reliable internet communications because it would store less information on the (tiny) internal disk.
2) You can download and install Kindle Reader for Windows 10. I would use this only if you planned on reading books where internet access wasn't available.

There isn't anything special about this machine that would limit Kindle usage except that you want to keep an eye on the amount of storage that you use.

Yes. Speaking only for myself, I've not yet run across an Amazon ebook that won't "read on any device" with the Amazon free Kindle app.
