• No apps from google play store (that's Android stuff). You can use Windows apps or any Windows program just like a computer

• Microsoft store. You can also install normal desktop PC applications.

• Generally you are only able to use apps from the Microsoft Windows Store. However, if you want to use Google Apps, an emulator like Bluestacks seems to work fine, with some app-specific caveats.

• You would be limited to the Windows Store, unless you download the Chrome browser and use extensions from Google there.
