“Is encryption included with windows version installed? OSX/iOS, android, linux all include encryption so my passwords can't be stolen from a lost device. What's available on this tablet? I notice a bitlocker setting link included under Settings > System > About, but clicking it doesn't do anything. If not, are there any free bitlocker like encryption available?”
