Chromebooks don’t have a CD or DVD drive, but you can play saved music and movie files in any of the compatible file types with the media player. You can also play files from a USB drive or SD card. https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/183093
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will need something with a CD-ROM drive, this laptop has a USB port but Chrome OS won't support CD playback through external hardware. Best bet is to buy an economy tower, rip all your CDs, sync your music with google play music, and stream on your laptop or Chromebook through the google play music app or web interface.
