• Per the packaging it should work. ..it only doesn't work with apple products/ Iphones.

• The 1080P will not matter. If the surface pro has screen mirroring it will stream. You need a HDMI on your TV.

• You can use the mirroring feature on the fire stick to stream contents.

• IF the Surface Pro 4 has WIDI or WiFi direct on it, then yes
