No sound at all? null

Is ur bluetooth connected to something like ear buds or a stereo that might be why u dont hear any sound

I use my Screenbeam Mini2 for my Windows 10 Laptop & it works just fine. I don't have an android phone so I can't use it on that. Try checking the volume on your phone or PC. Make sure it's turned up & that the volume is on. That's the only thing I can think of. Take care... eBest7773.
