• Yes. They connected mine and even did troubleshooting on one speaker that wasn't working (my hardwood floor installers had cut my speaker wire). There is a fee which varies depending upon whether you are a total tech member or not. I highly recommend the total tech membership. It is worth the yearly fee for so many reasons with discounted services only being one.
