Hi William. Thank you for your awesome question! It depends on the product being delivered - i.e. an appliance, TV, furniture, etc. We generally will give you a 6-8 hour time window which gets narrowed down within 48 hours of the appointment through an automated call. Then the day of, the team should call you to give you an estimated arrival time. I hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions.
