Will the wires be hidden? null

They've always been pretty good at concealing wires if appropriate length or if you have something to hide them like a channel or in-wall setup. However, if you have a 12' wire where you only need 3', that's gonna be hard for anyone to hide. Make sure you have all the right lengths first.

They didna great jobnof hiding the wires.

The services & mounting techs were able to hide my wires in my fireplace mantle. I was able to hide the wire going down my wall, with double sided tape. I have a white wall and the cord is kind of clear/white. We do not see our wire.

The wires are not hidden for the TV, but they are located behind the tv and plugged in the wall outlet behind the TV.

Yes. They are hidden. Make sure you buy your soundbar etc too so both the tv and soundbar can be installed at the same time.

Were hidden only temporarily until the TV warmed up the Velcro mounting and cable box and wires fell in sight.

No, mine were not, I was disappointed but, to be honest, it is a stone fireplace and I wasn't hopeful to begin with,
