Once we’re done, we’ll show the completed work to make sure you’re happy with the installation. Finally, we’ll ensure the mount functions as intended, and the workspace is clean when we finish. Best Buy’s mounting services are backed by a 90-day limited workmanship warranty.
- Completing a specialized mounting: We can mount your compatible device to a range of surfaces, including decorative surfaces, or the ceiling. We can also install a motorized or drop-down mount or one with an integrated enclosure.
- Neatly dressing visible cables: For motorized mounts, we'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary. Moving an electrical outlet isn’t included, and OEM power cables can’t be concealed within the wall.
- Cleaning up and testing: After the installation, we'll clean up our work area, remove product packaging, test for functionality, and make sure you’re satisfied with the service.

- This is an Add-On installation to be sold with a Home Theater mounting service when the surface or mounting product is non-standard. It does not include the mount hardware, the initial setup of the TV, projector or additional devices.
- Additional charges may apply for delivery or services in extended areas, and the charges are based on location. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
- Add-on services must be purchased and scheduled at the same time as a primary installation, or your appointment may be rescheduled with additional charges.
- We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on applicable services. If a service call is needed within the warranty period, there will be a $99.99 deposit plus applicable taxes at the time of scheduling which will be refunded to you if we determine that there was a defect in our workmanship. This warranty begins from the date of service completion.
