Today Alex M at the Princeton Geek Squad office was simply first class. Polite, friendly, cheerful and very efficient. He cleaned up the Virus on one of my Laptops and got my second Laptop back working again. Very efficient and a real pleasure being served by him. Richard Moody 609 819 1359

I renewed 6/6/2026 for 1 year. He said that it takes time for the update to renew. Today is 1/26/2026. That means it's been 20 days since the subscription was charged and paid. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but there was no answer. He ended the chat but did not transfer me to a supervisor. Horrible customer service.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went into the Pasco Best Buy on Sunday afternoon to get my computer looked at and the Geek Squad employee was very unfelpful. He told me that there was nothing he could do to help me before even looking at my commputer and then I asked if it was an issue with my charger and if he could check and instead of being helpful he picked up one charger that wasn't even the right kind of charger for my computer and told me to just buy a new one instead of looking at it and helping me figure out a solution. I was very unhappy with the service and didn't appreciate that way he didn't attempt to help me and just wanted me to walk away.

This year did not automatically update nor did I receive an email or other notification of a problem. Eleven days later I notice the update did not occur. Family issues prevented me getting to this sooner. Sunday morning tried to update credit card information, system wiped it clean. After numerous attempts, finally updated but then key code error occurred. No chat box technician available and Best Buy was closed. Extremely frustrating. Finally drove to BB for resolution. Technician was not sympathetic to my problem, don't vent to me, go to corporate. So here is my dilemma.

I didn’t get my providers name, but here are the specifics: Session ID: CAS-22288767-B3G3B9 Date: /Date(1774298675000)/ The provider helped me install a new printer and did an outstanding job. My WiFi kept clocking out so we had to reset our request to link the printer over and over. He was cool calm and collected the entire time. His patience was amazing and much appreciated! We finally got my system to cooperate and the printer linked up to my WiFi. Thank you SO much Best Buy!
