With a 77-inch TV, it's best to have them come and set it up. The guys that came knew what they were doing and did tell me what was best for the TV installation. They did a great job. But I will say, I also did my part. I recommend reading the preinstall instructions carefully and doing what it says for a smooth install. I have an old cherry TV hutch bought 20 years ago. Has adjustable width, but not for a 77-inch TV, so I had to modify it for the TV to fit. Took a day. Glad I did it the day before than the day of install.

Purchased TV for a second floor room so zi decided to purchase installation. Two gentleman arrived on time. One from Phoenix and younger man who he was teaching how to properly unpack and place the TV to avoid damaging it or my furniture and installed and set up my apps and made j I new how to do it. Taught me some useful tricks to make installing new apps more efficiently. Very patient and wouldn’t leave until he made certain I could do everything myself. Very knowledgeable and professional. Well worth the added expense.

I was so excited when I learned that I could get free installation for my 100 inch TV when purchased through Best Buy. This is a reason to get your TV here. The guys that came out to my house were beyond amazing. They were professional, personal and quick (and it was not an easy installation). They were very careful to ensure that they left no mess behind and ensure that everything was set up just the way I wanted it. I have never had someone install a TV for me, but I don't think I will ever purchase a TV from anywhere else or choose to install it myself after this experience. Your team was amazing!

My agents arrived and were impressed that I had viewing TV on a 1985. 13” Sony Trinitron diagonal screen, which they recycled for me. The agents delivered, unpacked, and set up the TV and trained me in the use of its controls so that it now works perfectly. They patiently listened and advised me on how to get the most enjoyment from my purchase. They worked together seamlessly on every installation decision and discussed what they felt would be my best options. They also promised to be available if I have any additional questions or issues.

I love the clarity of the picture and how easynitnis to set up and start watching. The installation guy was great. I needed him because i couldn't install the TV alone and he was efficient courteous and knowledgeable.

I absolutely love this television installed by the Geek squad. The picture quality is superb in our vaulted ceiling bright great room. It has great glare reduction compared with our old plasma Panasonic it replaced. The sound quality is fine without a sound bar possibly bolstered by the acoustic properties of the room. A bonus is the gaming hub. I have limited interest in gaming and just opted to purchase two especially matched controllers (at $49.99 each selected by the chat service of Best Buy) to economically explore the free programs that stream available as a starting point. This to delight our grandchildren. I highly recommend this unit purchased on sale as a great value.

Rusty and Bram were awesome. They were both very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, took time to explain stuff to us and to suggest getting fiber ran into the house to speed up livestream services. The Squad took our older great room TV and installed it in the office. They made fast work of removing the existing office tv and got it ready for the recycling team who would arrive later in the day. next they made quick work of mounting the great room tv on the existing wall mount, and centered it securely. They did a great job!

We ordered a new t.v. & a t.v. stand that needed to be assembled. Best Buy sent Zack Walrod & another young man he was training. They did a wonderful job putting the stand together, the t.v. connected & fireplace in the stand is perfect & very realistic! They were very polite, quickly put the stand together & made sure everything was perfect before they left! Even the t.v. was centered on the stand! And they even took the empty boxes & styrofoam packing with them! They were excellent & I would highly recommend Zack to anyone. He's a perfectionist in his work & so are we, so it was perfect!!!!

Anthony & Randal were the best! Very knowledgeable and could answer all questions. Explained everything thoroughly in words to our understanding. Was able to get our new tv up and running with connections to all of our accessories. Surround sound and blue ray player. Even showed me how to connect our phones to the tv. The agents were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They set up my 65inch TV and remotes. Also hooked up my Roku and Bose SoundTouch.

The size worked perfectly. Looks great where placed. So far no problems, and I will probably add a sound bar.

My new TV was delivered and installed by Tom from Totaltech. He did an awesome job hooking up and installing all the electronics attached to my new TV. He also moved the older TV and set that up where I wanted as well. He was very pleasant, courteous and worked quickly. He would not leave until everything was just right. It was great! Totaltech and The Geek Squad have been an excellent help with everything I've needed installed in my new home. I would absolutely recommend. Love the Geek Squad!

Geek Squad Mounted EVERYTHING. They did my gaming monitor, Xbox Series X, PS5Pro, Nintendo Switch, Soundbar System and so much more. (I HELPED OF COURSE BUT THEY DID MOSTLY EVERYTHING.)
