    The technicians solved some horrific problems for us. Our surround system was disconnected and we had multiple connection issues because of DiskTV and DSL internet. The photo shows it wasn’t a straight forward connection. They solved every problem, and now we have a great picture and surround sound! Not only that, our Sonos system was malfunctioning (a reflection of the Sonos brand’s mix of incompatible devices)—the techs also solved that for us and explained it all in simple enough terms that we understood.

    It was a very good experience, the guy who did the service did a great job, and I was very happy with it. I’m sure he hasn’t seen anything quite like this before but no problem he did a first class job. I had a very old TV in front of my stairmaster, and I cannot be on the stairmaster without watching TV, so he did what I thought was almost impossible, and I am back to being able to go on my stairmaster every morning and get my workout done.

    Set up and connect. Agent Dustin helpful and great attitude. Fireplace insert didn’t work bet he had a replacement schedule to be delivered in a couple weeks by end of day.
