We love the clarity of the picture and the size. So much clearer than our older T.V. Because we are senior citizens, the Smart T.V. is smarter than we are, and the streaming features have been more difficult to navigate, but we'll figure it out.

The guys knew exactly what to do. They was fast to install and programmed my remote as well as show me a few things. It was worth paying them to install my new TV and swivel stand.

Delivery and setup were super smooth and quick. Guys were really knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

The two service techs did an outstanding job connecting my LG G3 and connecting the surround sound speckers up, The base has never sounded so good. They went above and beyond to replace a connection on my bass speaker. True professionals and very personable.

James, disconnected my old TV and moved it for me. He connected my new LG 86" TV explained all its functions including how to use remote along woth shortcuts. It was a flawless install. Couldn't be happier.

We love our new 65” TV and the set up is wonderful.

The gentleman that installed my television was prompt, courteous, and great at his job. He set up and connected everything. He explained how to use the television and the remote. Every question I had was answered. I would recommend this service to everyone. I have already told a lot of people how fabulous the service was. I really needed someone to set up my television and your good squad service was perfect.

The agent set up my TV beautifully and connected it to all my devices. He even took away my old TV and brought it down stairs in my building. Did an excellent job and was very informative and efficient.

Best service!!! Nothing short of amazing!! The agents were prompt, professional, and very careful, they even covered their shoes before entering my home. The installation took all about 20 minutes. They tested the TV to ensure it was properly installed as well. I have recommended Geek Squad to everyone. The two agents were soo very polite and informative.

I was so pleased with the service and the installer (can’t remember his name!) was really helpful answering my questions. And, he helped me set all the Apps up. I had nothing to do after he left except turn my new tv on and enjoy!!

The tv has a perfect, crystal clear picture and amazing sound. Streaming any show/app is incredible! I will buy another one if I ever need another tv. The Geek Squad arrived with this TV & so carefully mounted it to the wall. The two gentleman arrived on time, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond!

They assisted me in getting all my app’s transferred to my new Sony Bravia XR Smart TV and setting up/calibrating my new Sony 360 degree Spacial Sound surround sound system. Thanks to the professionalism of Best Buy’s Geek, our new TV was perfectly positioned on our shelf, safely strapped to the wall, and connected as the heart of our home theatre system. Our only disappointment is that our HARMONY remote system does not yet list our new TV, so we are now obliged to use two remote controls, instead of one ☹️
