Gerk Squad were very professional, quick & informative!

I was expecting an outsource truck with a lot of pick ups and deliveries, in actuality a micro van with my product only. He was professional, courteous and neat. He was able to unpack, set up , download software and pair the direct TV remote. He wore the Covid19 mask, booties for the carpet. Made sure I was totally satisfied answered all my questions, packed up packaging materials. Completely personable. Highly Recommended.

Best money I spent as part of the TV purchase! Perfect installation with set up of all of the TV apps and functionality to begin using it without difficulty. The TV was also mounted at the correct viewing height. And, removal of all of the packaging. It’s not the I couldn’t have mounted the TV, it’s that this was quick, professional and a great outcome.

Hello, the dealing was excellent. The TV was changed twice due to damage to the item during shipping, but the customer service was more than wonderful. Now I have this TV. It is good and the service is good. I thank Best Buy a lot for their concern for the buyer and they were trustworthy.

I had heard a lot of good things about the Geek Squad. They lived up to their reputation. They set up my new 43" Samsung TV without experiencing any problems. I'm not real tech-savy, but they made me feel at ease and soke in common terms. When they were finished, they cleaned up their mess (what little there was). I'm so happy with their service.
