“Tried to use Elements 2019 with iMac Retina 5K, OS Mojave 10.14.2 and it is a nightmare. My cursor spools every time I move it - every time. The program is unusable. No opened documents, just Elements, I get spooling. Any assistance out there?”

Have you checked to make sure you have enough RAM? I run it on an ASUS with 8 gigs of ram and it works fine.
