You are mixing terms. A digital photo can be either high resolution or low resolution or somewhere in between. This software can sharpen photos that are slightly blurry and it can clean up and balance color. If a low resolution photo, usually found on websites for viewing since they look OK on a screen, is printed it often looks very grainy when printed. This software can make the image look better but if you have a marginal image to start with it cant make it into something else .
