“just bought this phone and hate it. the volume is not loud enough to hear like if i make a call the phone ringing can hardly be heard i do have the volume set to as loud as it goes but still no help. what can i do to make it work right?”

The volume is rather low. Takes some getting used to. I like mine so far, two months in. But then, it's my first smartphone.
