Can someone please explain to me what the difference between Alienware AW2518H and Alienware AW2518Hf is I don't want to buy the wrong one null

The AW2518Hf is the same monitor but with amd freesync which means it the refresh rate of the monitor will match your FPS in a game while AW2518H has g sync which is the same thing as amd free sync but it only works on nvidia gpu’s and free sync only works on amd gpu’s.

They are identical aside from their support for the variable refresh rate technology. The AW2518H is G-SYNC-compatible (G-SYNC can only be used on compatible Nvidia GPUs) and AW2518HF is FreeSync-compatible (FreeSync can only be used on compatible AMD GPUs).
