Yes you can but your money will be better spent on a 4K tv with hdr. Reason for that is this monitor is intended for 1080p at 240hz for competitive gaming with a powerfull pc and not for what the PS4 has to offer which is 2k or 4K with hdr if you have the pro that is. If you have the regular ps4 then 1080p tv works just fine, good luck.

Yes it will, but I would spend my money on another monitor. The ps4 HDMI port can only do 60hz. The ONLY way to get 240hz is using the display port.
