Yes, the directions say that AliveCor can monitor and record your results. You must agree to it prior to use. I have no problem with AliveCor monitoring my results, however, I understand that some people may not like that.

The AliveCore website spells out the privacy details. California residents are best protected. Everywhere one can apparently opt out of marketing emails and the third party sharing is not too bad. They do say explicitly that if the business is bought out or changes hands all users will be notified and have the option to have their data deleted.

I don't know about the access but yes everything can be hacked. I'd say they do sell the info but they deny doing so. And yes your query was posted. So you've acquired a new skill, wait that's Alexa sorry.
