• A:Answer No. I've been using this device for months, and haven't signed up for anything. You have to submit your first EKG back to AliveCor for evaluation; once that's complete (within 24 hrs) you can take as many readings as you wish. You can email them to yourself and/or your doctor, or store them on Google Drive or on your device.

• A:Answer There is a fee if you choose to use the premium features. You do not need the premium features if your cardiologist has a pro account and provides you with a code. I am able to submit my Ekg results to my cardiologist with the share feature in the app. You are able to try out the premium features for thirty days, that should give you enough time to decide if you need them or not. • A:Answer Hi, You can change the time of the EKG for 30 secs, or 1, 2,3, 4 and 5 minutes in the settings area. This can be found on the Home page, upper left click on the horizontal bars.

• A:Answer There is no cost for the Kardia app. If you want to get reports from cardiologists through the app, that can cost money or if you want to upgrade the app. I use the free version and it records all EKG's that I do without issue and saves them.

• A:Answer Yes. You should've set up your e-mail when setting up device. This allows you to click on "send e-mail" after the 30 second test & e-mail it to yourself. Then you can print it out from your e-mail. It will look just like an EKG chart.
