Hi, You can change the time of the EKG for 30 secs, or 1, 2,3, 4 and 5 minutes in the settings area. This can be found on the Home page, upper left click on the horizontal bars.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The phone app controls the length of the recording. It is set at 30 seconds. This may be based on the fact that your finger tips need to be moistened for the sensor to turn on. If your finger tips dry out the sensor pad turns off and stops sending a signal to the phone. You can moisten your finger tips again and do another recording right away. Also it is harder than I thought it would be to hold you fingers still for 30 seconds, the preset time of the recording, movement of your fingers can cause a blip in the recording or stop it. I just have to concentrate a bit while the test is recording to hold my fingers still. You can get a nice recording and it allows you to share it by sending it to someone or printing it out. Hope this helps!
