I know you asked a while ago but to answer your question, no, not exactly. Wiring up three 4 ohm speakers in parallel would give you a 1.3 ohm load and the amp isn’t designed to go that low. If you wired them in series, you’d have a 12 ohm load which means you would not get much power out of the amp. Best you could do it either go with 2 subs in parallel or 4, with each pair in series and then each pair parallel.
