If by screen mirroring, you mean will it display your phones screen, the answer is no. It will display information associated with the apple carplay or Android auto app you are using. And, yes, it will work with an iPhone and apple carplay.

One side note that I did not find out about until after the radio was installed was that if you thought the FM band of the radio would display Artist and song title when available from the radio station, it does not. I was told that it did. If I had known, I would not have purchased the radio as that was one of the items I was looking for, besides hands free phone.

No screen mirroring. But it does have apple car play. Any app that’s compatible with apple car play you can use on the radio.
