It can handle 2 camera, the unit cabling has an rca female jack, you also tap into the backup lights if you want the camera to automatically switch on when you put the vehicle in reverse. The usb has an extension cable which I ran to my console and just plug a lightning cable into it to handle my iPhone so you should be good.
