Maybe when you first setup, and are you connecting it to the USB cable in your car. Also did u download the Android auto app on your phone first then connect with USB cable.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Their parking mode to get to various settings is kind of odd. Try applying the parking brake, I actually have to do it twice on my Acura, I guess it is in double-secret probation.
