Not sure if it fits your Chrysler but if you look it up on the Best Buy site there is a link that will tell you if it fits and if you add the Geek Quad installation they will advise you of what additional items are needed. 

It does not have a back-up or any camera but it does have the necessary port for the back-up. The camera would need to be purchased separately (they range from $40 to a couple of hundred) plus if you need it installed, that's another $150 (unless you buy the $300 Geek Quad service contract).
